Oscar Mbala

Oscar Mbala is currently working with Vivo Energy as a Technical Services Manager for East Africa Cluster. He has been with Vivo energy for over 10 years. Oscar is currently engaged in Coaching Sales team and maintaining product quality.

Oscar has a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, a Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering, is a Certified Tribologist (study of lubricants) and has a Diploma in Business Management.

He has been a board member of Shelloyees Sacco for 10 years.

Alice Mureithi

Alice Mureithi is a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Education (Business Studies) from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK). She has worked with The Standard Group, The Hilton, TNT Worldwide and lastly with Kenya Shell and Vivo Energy for 20 years until January 2017. She is currently engaged in personal business and property development.

Anne Ngunyi is a Product Manager at Solvochem East Africa Limited. She is a Chartered Marketer with over 15 years’ experience in marketing operations management and related responsibilities.

Andrew Waititu

Andrew Waititu is the Supply Manager for East & South Africa for Vivo Energy. He joined Shell/Vivo Energy over 20 years ago and has served in multiple roles during his tenure. His current role oversees and supports supply into 7 countries in the region. He previously was responsible for supply of lubricants into the 10 countries in the region. Earlier, he worked in the US with Shell in Houston, Texas in a supply role. Prior to joining Shell, Andrew worked as the Engineering Manager at Davis & Shirtliff.

Andrew is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply(MCIPS). He is also a graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and has an MBA from the University of Houston. Andrew has previously served as a member of the governing council at the Kenya Private Sector Association and deputy chair of CIPS Kenya.

Nicholas Odhiambo

Nicholas Odhiambo joined Shelloyees Sacco Board in 2020 and re-elected in 2023. He is currently the Chair of the ICT committee where he has steered the implementation of mobile banking system, new Sacco ERP and a Member, Credit and Investment committee.

He is an ICT/telecom professional with a career spanning over 10 years in design and delivery of corporate enterprise services. His experience Enterprise Solutions Design & Implementation at Vivo Energy Kenya, Telkom Kenya and Nation media group service desk specialist.

A holder of B.Sc. Information Technology (Distributed Systems) from KCA University, Higher Diploma in IT from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He has various certification including Project Management – Strathmore University

Francis Omadede

Francis Omadede is the Transport and Logistics Manager for Vivo Energy Kenya. He joined Shell/Vivo Energy over 14 years ago and has served in multiple roles during his tenure. His current role oversees managing operational and contractual relationships with #5 transport organizations that support deliver Fuels, Lubes, Ethanol and LPG on behalf of Vivo Energy Kenya to its customer network. His immediate previous role was responsible for Aviation Technical support to the Vivo Energy operations in the East and South countries. Earlier, he has held various operations and engineering management roles in Kenya Shell, Libya Oil Kenya and Mobil Oil Kenya.

Francis holds a BSC Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA both from the University of Nairobi. Francis is a Certified JIG (Joint Inspection Group) Inspector, a NEMA EIA/EA Associate Expert and a certified associate auditor with the International Register of Certified Auditors associate auditor.

Martha Nanzala

Martha has over 15 years’ experience in the co-operative sector having served as an intern at Kapenguria Teachers Sacco while pursuing her Diploma Studies. She has worked for Njiwa Sacco, Magereza Sacco and Nahiho Sacco. She holds Bachelor Degree in Co-operative Business (Finance specialization) from JKUAT and Diploma in Co-operative management from the Co-operative College of Kenya currently Known as The Co-operative University College.

Calvin Wambua

Calvin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (finance option); second class honors (upper division) from KCA University. He is also a CPA finalist from Strathmore University. Before joining Shelloyees Sacco as an accountant in August 2016, Calvin was the manager at Uchumi Sacco for over three years.

Janet Chepkemoi

Janet Chepkemoi is currently the loans officer .She has a Degree in Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University and is a member of ICPAK-CPA (K). She has previously worked for Elimu Sacco as an accounts assistant in their loans department between 2013 and 2016 and as a credit officer (2016-2019) in Biblia Sacco.
